Our current show, About the Dish, airs weekly on KNWA at 5 PM. It is a cooking show possible by our wonderful sponsors Hiland Dairy and Tyson Foods. This is our second show from scratch together as a team. Our first was Cook with Brooks, an Arkansas focused cooking show that was running statewide on our PBS channel, AETN in 2017.
But, it all started back with Cooking Today on KNWA in 2014. Apparently, we like hanging out in a kitchen eating amazing food together. But we do like the idea of going to other places to eat. Here we are trying to make that happen in Italy last fall. Pilot coming soon for the, Crossroad, a pilot where Chef Brooks goes to see what inspires folks to cook.
For now, we keep cooking up new content weekly. All of this has given us the knowledge of what it takes, from start to finish, to make a show happen. If you have any show ideas, let us know. We love the art of a good show.

The Naked Doctor – In partnership with Doctor Tammy and Bryan Post, we produced and directed this fun show highlighting health and wellness.
Cook with Brooks – Season 1 included many visits to farmers across Arkansas to learn how they are impacting and embracing the Farm-to-Table movement. The amazing personalities and stories were so much fun to capture.
Saturday Morning Meeting - Created in partnership with 8th and Walton, this show provided information for vendors and suppliers to work better with Walmart.
